Terms
Version 0.2. This version is dated 31 October 2026.
Who we are
Loomora is run by Loomora LLC, a Florida limited liability company (“Loomora”, “we”, “us”). These terms are between Loomora and you when you use loomora.app.
You can reach us at hello@loomora.app for questions about these terms, your privacy, payments.
What Loomora does
Loomora gives a salon one public page with a card for each team member, and lets each team member take bookings for her own services and hours.
Loomora is a tool. We do not provide hair, beauty or any other salon services, we do not employ the team members, and we are not a party to any appointment between a client and a team member.
- Owner: the person who creates and manages a salon’s page and invites team members.
- Team member: a person with her own sign-in who gives services and takes bookings through the salon’s page. She controls her own services, hours, bookings and clients.
- Client: a person who books an appointment through a salon’s Loomora page. A client does not need an account.
By using Loomora you agree to these terms. An owner agrees by ticking “I agree to the Terms and the Privacy Policy” on the sign-up page. A client agrees by booking.
Accounts
- Owners and team members sign in with a link we email to them. There are no passwords. The link works once and stops working after 15 minutes. Keep it to yourself: you are responsible for what is done with your account.
- An owner creates the salon page and invites team members by email. A team member account is created only from an owner’s invitation. A team member controls her own services, hours and bookings. The owner can see the salon’s bookings for the next 14 days (without client phone numbers or emails) and can edit the salon’s page.
- You must give true information and keep your email address up to date. You may ask us to close your account at any time by writing to the contact address.
- Sign-up is by invitation today: a new owner needs an invite code from us.
- One person can be both an owner and a team member with the same email.
Plans and billing
The plans
Loomora has three plans: Free (for one person), Solo and Salon. Loomora has a free plan and paid plans. We tell you the price before you pay, and we give you 30 days’ notice of a price change. Today Loomora LLC sets a salon’s plan by hand; owners cannot change it on the site, there is no payment screen, and nothing turns itself off by itself when a trial ends or a bill is unpaid.
Some kinds of email have daily limits. To protect the service we limit how many emails of some kinds are sent each day, and our email provider has its own limits.
Trial, billing and changes
- A new salon on the Salon plan may get a 14-day trial.
- At first we bill by invoice that the owner pays by bank transfer or autopay.
- Changes to prices. We will tell owners by email at least 30 days before a price change applies to them.
- An owner may cancel at any time (“Your data and cancelling”).
Pausing
If a salon’s bill is not paid after we have warned the owner, we may pause the salon’s online booking. The public page stays up but clients cannot book online. We unpause on payment. The owner can still get a copy of her data (“Your data and cancelling”).
Your data and cancelling
- You own your information. The salon page, services, hours and the details of your own clients and appointments are yours. Loomora uses them only to provide the service.
- Copy of your data. Write to hello@loomora.app from the email address on the account and we will send you a copy of your salon’s clients and appointments.
- Cancelling. An owner may cancel at any time by writing to hello@loomora.app.
- A client may ask us to remove her details; see the Privacy page.
Bookings between clients and team members
- A client books with a team member, not with Loomora. The team member provides the service and sets her own prices, hours and cancellation rule, which is shown before the client books.
- While a client is choosing, a time is held for her for 5 minutes. A held time that is not finished is released.
- Times are shown in the salon’s time zone. Online booking needs at least 2 hours’ notice and goes up to 60 days ahead.
- A client can cancel from the link on her booking page, or as her team member’s rule says (some team members ask clients to text them to change or cancel). A team member can cancel, mark an appointment finished, mark a no-show, and add a booking by hand.
- Loomora is not responsible for how a service is provided, for its outcome, or for a team member or client who does not turn up.
Your clients’ details (owners and team members)
- When a client books, the team member (and, for the booking list, the owner) can see the details she gave. A team member’s client list is hers; other team members and the owner do not see it.
- You may use a client’s details only to serve that client: to run her appointments and, where the client has agreed, to send messages about them. Do not sell them, share them for another business, or send marketing without the client’s consent.
- You are responsible for following the laws that apply to your own business, including laws on marketing emails, keeping client records and saying that you keep them.
- Loomora acts for the salon and team member in handling a client’s details; see the Privacy page.
- Email. We send emails that run the service: sign-in links, invite codes, booking confirmations, one-time codes. We send them through an email provider. Replies go to a person at Loomora. Sign-up emails to owners about the product are service notices.
- You may not use Loomora to send unwanted or misleading messages.
Acceptable use
Owners and team members may upload photos (a salon cover photo and a team member photo). These photos, and the names, bios and links on a team member’s card, are public on the salon’s page. You promise you have the right to share what you upload and that the people in it agree. You keep your rights in your content, and you give Loomora permission to store it and show it as part of the salon’s page.
Use Loomora lawfully and honestly. Do not impersonate anyone; do not upload a photo unless you have the right to share it and the people in it agree; do not send spam through our forms; do not try to break, probe or overload the service or get around its limits; and do not use clients’ details for anything except serving them. We may remove content or close an account that breaks these rules.
Liability
Loomora is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, Loomora LLC is not liable for lost bookings, lost income or indirect damages, and its total liability for anything to do with the service is limited to what you paid Loomora in the previous 12 months. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, is used to harm others, or is unpaid after notice, and we will tell the owner why when we can. We may stop offering Loomora with 30 days’ notice, and you will be able to get a copy of your data first. You may stop using Loomora at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive ending (money owed, disclaimers, liability, governing law) survive.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.

Changes
We may change these terms. We will change the version date at the top of this page, and for a change that matters we will email salon owners. We give 30 days’ notice by email for a change that matters. The version with the latest date applies from that day.
