Go to loomora.app/start and enter your email. We email you a sign-in link, so there is no password. Then name your salon, add its address and opening hours under Salon details, and pick a look.

Each team member adds their own. Once they sign in, they set their services under Services and the days and times they work under Hours. Your salon’s opening hours go under Salon details, on the Salon screen.

On the Salon screen, tap Copy link, or open QR code to save a code you can print. Put the link in your Instagram bio and on your Google listing, and the QR code at the front desk.

Open the salon’s page and tap Book an appointment. Pick a service, a team member and a time, then add your name and mobile number. You do not need an account or a password.

If you gave your email when you booked, open the confirmation email and tap Change or cancel. The page you saw after booking has the same button. To change the time, cancel and book again. Some team members ask you to text them instead, and then the page shows their number.

On the Team screen, add the person, then tap them and choose Invite by text. They get a link that works once and expires in 7 days. They tap it, sign in with their email and fill in their own page.

Go to Sign in and enter the email you joined with. We email you a link that signs you in. It works once and expires after 15 minutes.

They do, under Hours. Clients can only pick times inside the hours each team member chose.

Yes. Their card on the salon’s page can send clients straight to it.
